This bunch of pictures is from our trip to the Railway Museum at York; we were there on Saturday in search of interesting pictures.
A good proportion of the visitors were enthusiasts, of course – people who’d know far more about trains than Mike or I could ever hope to learn.
I get the impression that the people looking after the museum must be enthusiasts, too. All of the exhibits were really well looked-after and everything was shiny and clean – even to the details as on here.
Nice exposure in what I guess would be low light conditions…good job
Looks like the controls of the early Dr Who’s Tardis.
Nice capture in a difficult lighting situation.
Very cool–steam punk chic.
Love the industrial look

A labor of love to keep the dust off of all those pipes and controls.
Loving all the muted colors and all the lines and shapes!
